Over the last 10 years, health insurance has changed a lot, and families today have more options than ever to consider. Unfortunately, many families may not know all options available to them depending on their personal situation. These options may be outside the CHUBB offered plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare or a spouse’s sponsored health plan.


This survey will ask you a few questions about you and your family to help Benefits All In (BAI) identify if you may be eligible for one or more of these options. Based on your responses, an Education Resource Specialist from BAI may reach out to provide you with additional information on potential options available to you.


Please note that BAI has signed a HIPAA agreement with CHUBB as your privacy is of utmost importance to both CHUBB and BAI. The responses you provide are encrypted and stored securely on BAI’s server and are not accessible by CHUBB. As such, none of your secured private responses will ever be shared with CHUBB, nor will they impact your enrollment options.
