Over the last 10 years, health insurance has changed a lot, and families today have more options than ever to consider. Unfortunately, many families may not know all options available to them depending on their personal situation. These options may be outside the Nelson Mullins offered plans, including Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare or a spouse’s sponsored health plan.


This survey will ask you a few questions about you and your family to help Benefits All In (BAI) identify if you may be eligible for one or more of these options. Based on your responses, an Education Resource Specialist from BAI may reach out to provide you with additional information on potential options available to you.


Please note that BAI has signed a HIPAA agreement with Nelson Mullins as your privacy is of utmost importance to both Nelson Mullins and BAI. The responses you provide are encrypted, stored securely, and are not accessible by Nelson Mullins. As such, none of your secured private responses will ever be shared with Nelson Mullins, nor will they impact your options during open enrollment this year.
