Help Shape the Future of the Route 9 Corridor in the Town of Moreau
The Town of Moreau is conducting a Corridor Enhancement Study for US Route 9 and is seeking your input. This survey will help identify land use challenges, barriers to potential investment, and opportunities to revitalize and enhance the corridor.
The Route 9 corridor is a key gateway to the Town and an important economic driver. While it continues to support successful businesses, vacancies and business turnover have impacted its character and long-term vitality. Building on previous efforts, including the 2014 Exit 17/US Route 9 Corridor Land Use and Transportation Study, this effort will evaluate land use, zoning, transportation, and corridor design to guide land use policy and future improvements.
Your feedback will help shape a more vibrant, welcoming corridor that supports residents, businesses, and future growth.
The overall study area spans approximately 2.5 miles along Route 9. The primary study area spans from I-87 Exit 17 to Butler Road, with a secondary area extending south of the Exit to about 500 feet past Old Saratoga Road. See the map below.
Thank you for taking a few minutes to share your input.
