Board Voice is seeking the BC Social Reports Working Group's and other community social service sector stakeholder's help in providing further feedback on the BC Social Report concept.
The online survey asks you questions about the draft purpose of the BC Social Report, its main audiences and the proposed criteria for the selection of top line measures about the social health British Colombians. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete.
Your participation in the survey is entirely voluntary. You may skip any question that you do not want to answer and you may end the survey at any time. Any information that is collected will be reported in thematic and/or summary format only.
