Authority to request this information is granted under 5 U.S.C. 301, Departmental Regulations; 10 U.S.C. 5031 and 5032: this survey is waived from meeting the RCS review since it may be used for manpower planning.
PURPOSE: The purpose of this questionnaire is to collect and compile data to evaluate the effectiveness of Navy's Voluntary Education Program/Navy College Program support programs.
ROUTINE USES: The information collected will be used by NETPDC to evaluate the Voluntary Education Program/Navy College Program, and make improvements.
DISCLOSURE: The information you provide WILL NOT become part of your permanent record and WILL NOT be used to make decisions about you or affect your career in any way. Data will only be analyzed/evaluated in the aggregate form and never associated with the individual respondents.
