The Social Housing Regulatory Authority (SHRA) is mandated to invest, regulate, and enable the development of affordable and sustainable Social Housing. The purpose of the survey is to better understand tenants' satisfaction with the rental accommodation provided by the respective Social Housing landlords in order to enhance the programme and product offering.
Participation in this survey is voluntary. Insights gained from responses will be reported at a general level, and no individual result will be published or used to prejudice your existing relationship with the Social Housing Landlord.
All data will be handled with the utmost confidentiality: collected, processed, and stored in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (No. 4 of 2013).
By completing the survey, you consent for your data to be collected, processed, and stored by the SHRA and its appointed third-party service providers.
The survey has a total of 80 questions, not all requiring an answer, and should take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. Your participation is valued and greatly appreciated.
