Introduction
HR Transformation is a phrase that strikes equal parts excitement, fear, and frustration in the hearts of executives, practitioners, and employees alike. The workforce and work environment have become less predictable. It's no wonder HR teams find themselves struggling.

Prior Brandon Hall Group research has highlighted the disconnect among various viewpoints (CEO's, HR Practitioners, and employees) indicating that HR Organizations still have a long way to go in becoming a more strategic and impactful partner to the business. HR is facing a moment of truth. The role of HR — to help the business achieve its goals through the use of its talent resources — has not changed. However, the way in which that work is accomplished must change.

The goal for this study is to understand what progress has been made in this journey. We will focus on themes like:
  • To what extent is your HR organization data-driven or data-informed in its decision making?
  • How do you ensure strong alignment between HR and the rest of the organization?
  • To what extent is your HR organization considered strategic partners to the executive leadership of the company?
  • How well are you delivering your company's EVP? How do you know?
  • How effective are the various technologies you are using in HR in helping you deliver on your EVP?
  • How often are you investing in the upskilling of your HR team?
  • What is the focus of your HR team upskilling efforts?
  • How have you redefined the HR Business Partner role?
  • To what extent do your employees view HR as partner and how do you know?
Your survey responses will remain confidential and your name will not be given to any external parties. Your information will only be used for aggregate research purposes, or to deliver survey results or the complementary research report. If you agree to a qualitative research interview, you might be contacted by one of our analysts.

Thanks in advance for your help with this research project.

All the best,
