The Annual Meeting of the Members of the Southern California Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance will be held at 12 Noon PST on Thursday, May 31, 2018 at The California Club, 333 South Grand Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90071.

PROXY STATEMENT

This statement is furnished in connection with the solicitation of proxies for use at the Annual Meeting of Members of the Southern California Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance to be held on May 31, 2018 at which Principal Officers and Members of the Advisory Committee will be elected for the ensuing year.
