Pupil Premium numbers, EAL numbers, details about reading for pleasure in your setting.

We review applications once per term, when we have sufficient funding. The next review will be during Easter. We may also use information from this form to inform our funding applications. Please do not apply more than once in a 12 month period even if you have been unsuccessful.
Every application is individually assessed and considered against a variety of factors and metrics. We recommend that you answer all questions as fully as possible. If your application is successful, we will be in touch, although this might not be for some time.
