Your responses to the questions in this form will help determine your mentoring match. Completing this form does not guarantee a place in this program - in some cases, the pool of available participants may not lead to a suitable match. Matching will be based on skills, industry, location and general interests of both the mentor and mentee.
Once you have been successfully matched, we will contact you to introduce you to your mentoring partner/s on Thursday 30 July.
The program launch and kick-off workshop will be held from 6.00pm – 8.30pm on Monday 03 August at Melbourne Grammar School. Your participation in the kick-off workshop is essential, even if you have attended in the past.
For participants outside of Melbourne, you will be required to join an online catch-up workshop on Tuesday 04 August.
