It encompasses everything from developing and aligning the strategy, deciding what and how people will learn, designing and delivering the learning, and measuring success. Most companies get some of this right, but very few do it all well.
Brandon Hall Group aims to use this survey to identify best practices across the entire breadth of L&D and use those to develop a framework to guide companies through the process. The survey will just take about 10 minutes to complete.
