Join our 2026-2027 Youth Advisory Committee!

Opportunity and Application Description:
Do you want to help ensure that mental health resources are relevant, accessible, and engaging for young people? Be part of a provincial team reviewing and providing feedback on revisions to the Living Life to the Full (LLTTF) Youth Course Booklets. LLTTF Youth is a group-based mental health promotion course that supports youth developing practical skills for managing stress, building resilience, and improving mental wellbeing. The program is provided by the Canadian Mental Health Association.

About Living Life to the Full:
LLTTF for Youth is a mental health promotion program and it is intended for everyone! Whether you just want to learn more about yourself or you are dealing with some stress or anxiety, the course can offer you tools and skills to help you along your journey! Group-based and led by a youth-certified facilitator, Living Life to the Full for Youth equips teens ages 13-18 with the skills they need to face challenges in life and become more resilient. Originally adapted from the LLTTF for Adults course, and based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) principles, the course includes fun activities and group challenges to help youth practice and develop their skills.
