Pre-Screening Body Products Females 18-25

This is a pre-screening questionnaire for new trials for body products that we have coming up middle of April.  We are looking for approximately 1500 females aged 18-25.
The following products will be tested:
 
These products are all from a premium spa range

Shower Gels
Foam Baths
Mists
Hand Creams
Body Lotions
Body Scrubs
 
If you are eligible you will be allocated 2 products from the above list, each to be used for 1 week. For example: Week 1- Shower Gel Week 2: Body Lotion.
 
This is only a pre-screening questionnaire and we will contact you in the next few weeks with a screening questionnaire.
