The City of Bozeman receives funds from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to invest in housing and community needs. To receive these funds, the City must complete a Consolidated Plan, which identifies housing and other community development challenges in Bozeman, particularly for low- and moderate-income households, and how the City plans to address those challenges.
