What to Expect:
This would be a great opportunity to share your recent experiences and opinions on level of care received from local clinics! As a thank you for your time, all those who participate will receive a payment of $140.

Date: Monday, March 11th to Friday, March 29th
Time: 90 minute, online discussion
Place: Online, additional details will be shared when scheduled for the study
Compensation: $140 paid 2 weeks following the study

Once you complete the following survey, we will be calling to schedule you from a 952 area-code, if you qualify.
The session will not be shared publicly, but by agreeing to participate, you agree to have your participation recorded.
