PayScale's Compensation Best Practices Survey is the largest and most comprehensive survey of its kind.
From the results of this survey we will produce the 2021 Compensation Best Practices Report, which will be divided up into several issues this year. These reports will provide valuable data and in-depth analysis on what other organizations are doing around Compensation & Benefits.
Because 2020 was such an unprecedented year, we have added questions to this already long survey, totaling about 150 questions. The vast majority of questions are multiple choice and should take only seconds to answer. Answers are only saved for sections you complete. You can return to the survey later to answer questions in additional sections.
Please answer all the questions you can. The more questions you answer, the more valuable the data you will get back.
Your identity and answers will remain confidential, including participants who choose to provide their email address to enter the raffle to win a $200 Amazon gift card as a reward for finishing this survey.
