Catheter-Directed Treatment in Acute Pulmonary Embolism

According to 2019 ESC guidelines on acute pulmonary embolism (PE) “percutaneous catheter-directed treatment (CDT) should be considered for patients with high risk PE, in whom thrombolysis is contraindicated or has failed” (IIaC recommendation), and also “is an alternative to rescue thrombolytic therapy for patients with haemodynamic deterioration on anticoagulation treatment. (IIaC recommendation)

EAPCI with ESC Working Group on Pulmonary Circulation and Right Ventricular Function have prepared a short survey on CDT in PE. We would like to ask you to complete this survey and also indicate if you are potentially interested in multicenter collaboration (network, registry) on catheter-directed treatment in acute pulmonary embolism.
