This survey and any accompanying information will be treated as strictly confidential and will be seen only by authorised
members of CIA staff. The aggregated data is used to produce the Annual IoP report.
The deadline for submitting a response, is Friday the 28th of April 2023.
Manufacturing Sites should complete all sections of the questionnaire if your site is a Head Office / R&D site please complete the pages which are relevant to processes running on the site.
There are instructions at the bottom of each page directing you to the next section of the survey.
We recommend you use the "question index.xlsx" sent with the IoP additional information email, to collate your data before making a submission via the web software. The Survey tool uses cookies to save your data as you progress through the survey, if your browser settings wipe this data after a session you will no longer see the data you submitted.
You can move through the survey however please note due to the limitations of the software if you skip sections of the questionnaire and want to return to a section you have completed previously, you have to page through the skipped sections.
You may leave the survey at any time by using the “Exit this survey” button. This will save the survey. However, you need to use
the same computer and make sure the browser history hasn't been cleared if you want to return to the survey where you left off.
