The City of Windsor Children’s Services department oversees child care across Windsor-Essex.

Children’s Services is currently creating a new 2026-2030 Child Care and Early Years Service System Plan to replace the previous plan. Understanding the experience of parents and caregivers who use child care is a very important part of creating a good plan for Windsor-Essex.

The purpose of this survey is to help us learn about your experience with child care. It is completely up to you whether you choose to participate in this survey. However, please know that your feedback is vital to ensuring the plan reflects the needs of local parents and caregivers.
