* 7. The Chicago Police Department has partnered with the Center for Conflict Resolution to provide neutral facilitators and note takers during the discussion. Do you have a preference on having a neutral facilitator / neutral note taker during your meeting?

As such, many times, the Independent Monitoring Team for the consent decree and the Office of the Attorney General attend community discussions as observers only.
