We’re Reframe - a UK-based cancer support service that partners with employers, insurers, and organisations to help people affected by cancer navigate work, treatment, and everyday life.

Our support is designed for both employees and employers, and policyholders:
  • For employees and policyholders, we provide one-to-one clinical guidance from our cancer nurses and case managers, alongside practical, emotional, and wellbeing support
  • For employers, we help HR and line managers with support and resources, as well as a platform to view the available benefit for employees.
We’re exploring how we can better support employees and policyholders when it comes to cancer.

This short survey (around 5-7 minutes) for people who have been affected by cancer, directly and indirectly, and is designed to help us understand what service users truly need from a cancer support provider, so we can build a service that adds real value.

You do not need to have been a policyholder or employee at the time you were or are affected by cancer to fill out this survey. We are interested in all patients' and carers' needs.
