The Council for Clinical Certification in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology (CFCC), which governs ASHA’s certification program, is conducting this widespread peer review of the proposed revisions to the 2020 SLP certification standards on the use of telepractice and telesupervision for graduate student clinical practicum and clinical fellowship (CF) experiences. These revisions would be implemented for graduate students who begin their programs in 2023 and CF experiences in 2023. Prior to conducting this widespread peer review, the CFCC gathered information and suggestions from SIG 18 – Telepractice, other stakeholders, and conducted a select peer review to obtain additional feedback.

This survey will take about 5 minutes to complete. Please submit your responses by May 26, 2022. The CFCC will review and consider each survey response and comment received.

Thank you for taking the time to review and provide your comments. Please direct any questions to Amanda Gallagher, ASHA’s director of clinical certification, at
