Welcome to the Citizens Advice Universal Credit Adviser survey! This should take 10-15 minutes to complete. We’re asking all who give or supervise advice about benefits to take part. Managers, trainers, quality assessors and research and campaigns leads are also welcome to fill in the survey where relevant.
The results of this survey will help the digital, expert advice and learning and development teams work together to improve the Universal Credit resources we provide to you, so you have the knowledge and materials you need to give the right advice.
Whether your service has seen hundreds of Universal Credit clients so far, or none at all, we still want to hear from you. Where you haven’t had experience, feel free to skip questions or choose the ‘Don’t know’ or ‘Not relevant’ options.
