In 2016/2017 DevOps was one of the most difficult tech roles to fill in the UK and this trend shows no sign of changing anytime soon. The demand for talented DevOps engineers is growing and with that so is the demand for people trying to break into this space, however a lot of companies want experienced engineers and aren’t hiring enthusiastic candidates who need training, upskilling and commercial exposure.
