Thank you for your interest in completing this survey.
Background OX2 Holdings Pty Ltd (OX2) is in the early stages of developing two renewable energy projects within the localities of Badgingarra and Hill River in the Dandaragan Shire.
Dinner Hill Wind Farm comprises approximately 160 turbines which will generate up to 1.2 GW and deliver enough clean electricity to the grid to power 763,000 Western Australian homes. Dinner Hill Wind Farm will also include an ancillary Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) with studies underway to determine the size.
Alongside the wind farm, OX2 is progressing the Harvest BESS with 100 MW capacity, designed to store up to four hours of energy. Harvest BESS will enhance grid stability and enable greater integration of renewable generation across the network.
Subject to planning and environmental approvals and grid connections, Harvest BESS is due to begin construction in 2028 and Dinner Hill Wind Farm is due to begin construction in 2029.

Dinner Hill Wind Farm - OX2Harvest Battery Energy Storage System - OX2Community survey Umwelt has been engaged by OX2 to prepare a social impact assessment (SIA) for the Project.
This community survey aims to help the SIA team to gain a better understanding of community values, and potential impacts, benefits, and perceptions about the proposed Projects and will support our development application, which we intend to submit to the Shire of Dandaragan in early 2026. Your responses will also help us to develop appropriate management measures tailored to your concerns or experiences, as well as identify opportunities where the proposed projects may bring local benefit.
The survey should take around 10 minutes to complete.
