Terms and Conditions

Influencers must share their unique promo code to their followers/potential DMCI Homes clients through their social media platforms. Each influencer will assign a distinct promo code, which will be uploaded to the DMCI Homes system for proper referral monitoring. Referral fees will be released monthly for successfully closed and fully paid transactions. Influencers must sign an acknowledgment receipt upon receiving their referral fees.

DMCI Homes reserves the right to validate, approve, or reject referrals in cases of duplication or dispute. Influencers are expected to promote the program responsibly and accurately represent DMCI Homes’ offerings.
