Thank you for your interest in leading a Learning Lab at ICBA LIVE 2027. ICBA LIVE is the premier event for community banking professionals, bringing together executives and senior leaders to explore new ideas, address current challenges, and gain actionable insights.

We are seeking engaging, forward-looking sessions that reflect the evolving needs of community banks and deliver practical solutions for institutions of all sizes.
Submissions are evaluated based on the extent to which they:
- Deliver innovative, timely, and relevant content for community banking audiences.
- Offer exclusive insights, expertise, or experiences that provide unique value to ICBA LIVE attendees.
- Engage participants through discussion, interaction, and peer learning.
- Provide practical, actionable takeaways supported by credible evidence or real-world examples.
- Demonstrate a clear business case and measurable outcomes.
- Remain educational in nature and free from promotional or sales-oriented content.
We will accept multiple submissions per speaker. Please submit a new form for each individual session that you are proposing.
Selected speakers will be notified in November. Due to the volume of submissions, we are unable to provide individual status updates. We appreciate your interest and encourage you to submit a new proposal each year for continued consideration.
Submission of a proposal does not guarantee selection. All proposals will be reviewed by ICBA, and selected speakers will be contacted directly. Proposal materials will be treated as confidential and used solely for the speaker selection process. Due to the volume of submissions, ICBA may not be able to provide individual feedback on proposals that are not selected.
