Community organizations are helping those impacted by COVID-19 to navigate the available assistance to help with recovery and ongoing operations. Organizations that provide these vital navigation services are invited to register as Pinellas County Emergency Rental Assistance Program Navigators.

Organizations serving as Pinellas County Emergency Rental Assistance Program Navigators help the community they serve by:

Providing accurate information about the Pinellas County Emergency Rental Assistance Program
Assisting impacted renter households with technology, language, or other barriers to successfully complete the online application, including uploading required documentation
Increasing direct outreach to renter households that traditional communication channels may not reach effectively

Organizations that choose to register as Pinellas County Emergency Rental Assistance Program Navigators agree to perform these services to the best of their ability at no charge to impacted households and to participate in ongoing calls and minimal reporting to help coordinate and support this work. These organizations will be recognized on Pinellas County’s COVID-19 website and renter households needing additional assistance will be referred to registered organizations based on service areas, applicant needs, and navigator capacity.
