Enterprise Social Networks and Internal Communication

This survey is about how Enterprise Social Network (ESN) platforms have been implemented and how they are used.

For the purposes of the research an Enterprise Social Network is defined broadly as social software used for business purposes inside organisations. This includes modifications to intranets (sometimes referred to as social intranets) but it is primarily about platforms such as Yammer, Facebook at Work, IBM Connections, Jive, Chatter, Zimbra, Socialcast and others.

We would like to hear from Marketing, Public Relations, Human Resources, Chief Information Office, IT Department and Internal Communication practitioners who have been involved in the implementation of ESNs. We'd also like to hear from you if you are currently involved in using an ESN for internal communication and employee engagement.

The survey will take around 5 minutes to complete. The results will be shared across a wide range of communities.

Thank you for your contribution.
