Information on Exhibitions

Each exhibitor will be provided with an exhibition booth measuring 3 by 3 metres, 1 table, 2 chairs and a power outlet. Exhibitors are requested to bring brochures, publications, business cards, souvenirs and other materials that will fit in the provided space.

The cost of each exhibition booth is as follows:
US$1,000 for commercial entities
US$750 for non-members universities
US$500 for AAU member universities

In addition to the above fees, each exhibitor will pay registration fee directly to the organizers to cover the conference package, airport pick up, daily shuttle to and from the conference, cultural evening, conference bag and stationary
