Elbert County has engaged Victus Advisors to conduct a feasibility study for the Elbert County Fairgrounds (or the “Fairgrounds”). The primary goals of this study are to assess the current state of the Fairgrounds’ facilities and programs, evaluate community and market demand, and identify potential facility improvements and opportunities to enhance utilization and operations.
As a key component of this study, Victus Advisors has prepared this online survey to gather feedback from Elbert County residents, Fairgrounds users, and community members. Your comments and opinions regarding the Fairgrounds will be important to Elbert County as it considers future planning and investment.
