This brief survey is for adults who live or work in Ellington. The data you provide is invaluable to the council for Developing Positive Youth Culture (DPYC) as well as other community partners in Ellington. All information collected will be anonymous. The survey may take about 5 minutes. If you have already completed the survey, please do not take it again.
