Every year, Elm Place conducts anonymous client surveys to help us design and improve our services to better suit the needs of our clients.
Your honest feedback is highly valuable, informing our service delivery and helping us demonstrate to our funders (State and Commonwealth governments) whether we are making a difference. Our Privacy and Confidentiality policy explains how we collect, use and store your information. It's available at www.rasa.org.au/privacy or at RASA office reception.
 
Your responses will be kept confidential and are strictly anonymous unless you choose to identify yourself.
