The Algoma Workforce Investment Corporation (AWIC) and the Sault Ste. Marie Innovation Centre (SSMIC), in partnership with Algoma University and Sault College, are gathering local/regional information on how organizations across Algoma are using technology and AI, preparing for future changes, and developing the skills their workforce needs.
Your input will help us understand:
- Current technology and AI adoption
- Digital readiness and future technology priorities
- Workforce and skills gaps
- Training and upskilling needs
- Barriers to technology adoption
- Supports organizations need to prepare for the future
The findings will help inform regional workforce planning, training and skills development, technology adoption supports, and future research and partnerships across Algoma.
Estimated completion time: 10–12 minutes. There are no right or wrong answers. Please answer based on your organization's current experience and plans.
