You are invited to complete a survey about the impact of an ageing population on service sector companies in Hong Kong. The study is being undertaken by researchers from Edinburgh Napier University Business School in the UK. It is funded by the Lawrence Ho Research Fund.

We are keen to hear both from companies whose operations/business are solely based in Hong Kong, and from international companies who also operate outside of Hong Kong.

Why is this survey being carried out?
The ageing of the population in Hong Kong will have an impact on companies in terms of productivity, skills shortages, and the ability to meet changing demands.
It is important that we hear from companies about their experiences of the ageing workforce, and what they need to maintain and improve economic sustainability, business continuity, and the wellbeing of workers, so that appropriate recommendations can be developed.

How long does the survey take?
This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your participation is voluntary.

How will the information be used?
The information provided by you in this survey will be used for research purposes only. It will not be used in a manner which would allow identification of individual responses. No organisations or individuals will be named in the writing up of the survey findings.

Note that once you submit your response, you will not be able to withdraw it as we cannot link your survey response back to you.
