Welcome to Knight Frank's 2026 Estate Staff Salaries and Rural Employment Sentiment Survey.

Thank you for taking part; we appreciate the time given to provide us with insight from your business.

All responses will be entirely confidential, and you do not need to provide any personal details to participate. The results will build on the success of previous surveys, helping to create a national picture of rural wages and the employment issues facing the UK’s landed estates.

If you manage more than one estate you can take the survey multiple times.

At the end of the survey, if you would like to enter the prize draw to win a case of wine from the Wiston Estate or register to receive a copy of the full results, there will be a separate link that you'll need to click on.

The full results of the survey are only distributed to contributors.
