Evolve Lighthouse Program Expression of Interest

This Expression of Interest (EOI) is the first step in applying for the Evolve Lighthouse Program. It will help us understand your organisation, your plans for the program and your readiness to take part. Based on your responses, selected disability enterprises will be invited to move to the second and final stage.

The EOI has five sections:

· Eligibility criteria
· Strategic intent
· Financial capacity
· Workforce practices
· Acquisition readiness

We have provided a copy of the EOI questions to help you prepare your responses before completing this online form. The survey should take around 30 minutes to complete.
