Welcome to the brief survey on Exit Sign Inspections !

We want to explore the frequency of Exit Sign Inspection failures. This survey asks you to report information about your monthly exit sign inspections related to any 12 consecutive month period that you choose.  For your selected 12-month time frame, you will need to know:
  • The current total number of LED exit signs in your facility
  • The current total number of non-LED exit signs in your facility
    • We will also gather data about whether the number of LED and non-LED signs inspected were different for different months due to construction or other issues
  • The total number of LED exit sign failures
  • The total number of non-LED exit sign failures
  • The total number of staffing hours (for exit sign inspection) 
  • The average hourly rate of staff completing inspections (if applicable)
  • If contracted, the annual cost for exit sign inspections
  • And finally, Whether your organization follows:
    • The "Zone" or "Area maintenance" program or
    • The Joint Commission's BPM Program
