AI in L&D 2025: The Race for Impact

L&D's goals in using AI, and the progress and barriers on the way

Thanks for taking part in this research, our third annual survey tracking how L&D is using Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The results, along with a set of accompanying case studies, will be published in the autumn.

Whatever your involvement with AI, we hope you will share your thoughts here. In fact, even if you’re sceptical about its potential or not using it much (or at all!), we would love to have your voice represented.
