AI in L&D: The 2026 survey

L&D's goals in using AI, and the progress and barriers on the way

Thanks for taking part in this research, our fourth annual survey tracking how L&D is using Artificial Intelligence (AI).

The results, along with a set of accompanying case studies, will be published in September.

Whatever your involvement with AI, we hope you will share your thoughts here. Even if you’re sceptical about it, or using it very little (or not at all!), we would love to have your voice represented.

Privacy: unless you make it clear that you are happy to be mentioned in the final report, we keep all data private. Nothing that can identify you will ever be made public, and your data will never be shared.

Thanks for taking the time to help improve our profession,

Don and Eglė
