* 2. Only one viable replacement alternative, the Low-Level Fixed Bridge which would be constructed on an alignment partially shifted to the south of the existing bridge, is proposed for the Tide Relief Bridge.  The No-Build Alternative will remain viable until after the Public Hearing.  Please number the alternatives in order of preference.
The Low-Level Fixed Bridge concept is the third shown in the image above.
