2022 Labour Relations Services Survey

The Ontario government is investing in a new case management system called the "Labour Relations Gateway" as part of the Ontario Onwards Acceleration Plan. The new system will modernize how we deliver collective bargaining and grievance mediation/arbitration services, making it easier for parties to receive support in resolving disputes and maintaining harmonious labour relations.

To continue, please complete this survey. If you are selected and you attend a user research session, and you are not a permanent or contract employee of the Ontario Public Service, you will receive a $45 gift card in appreciation for your participation.
