Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey on draft program quality indicators (PQIs) for Florida's career and technical education (CTE) audit. Before you begin, we encourage you to review the interim report published on July 11, 2019.

The Governor issued Executive Order Number 19-31 to chart the course for Florida to become number one in the country in workforce education. The governor directed the Commissioner of Education to develop a methodology for an annual review of CTE programs.

The department is soliciting feedback from the public on draft program quality indicators for secondary and postsecondary CTE programs. While no two programs are identical, the department seeks to identify common indicators, or measures, at the statewide level that capture program quality.

This survey identifies the draft program quality indicators and asks respondents to indicate the extent to which they agree the draft PQI is a measure of program quality. It should only take less than 10 minutes to complete per section. Reported information will not be linked to any individuals in any presentations or reports. Results from the completed surveys will be shared with members of the audit's advisory committee and expert groups who have been identified to make recommendations to the department to inform the audit.

Please contact CTEaudit@fldoe.org with any questions. For the most current information on the CTE audit, please visit http://www.fldoe.org/careerpathways/. Thank you for completing our survey.
