EC-ESS Group Bargaining Priorities Survey 2025

This survey is the first step in our 2026 Bargaining Campaign. To build strength and unity as a membership, we must have a union-wide conversation about what you and your co-workers need to feel healthy and respected at work. We must consider what it will take to be secure in your jobs, and to protect the integrity of your work. You will be invited to participate in prioritizing what we fight for at the bargaining table and beyond.

All of us will need to participate in bargaining and share contact information if we are going to win on your priorities. You’ll be asked to identify yourself before completing this survey so that we can assess the survey completion rate by department and classification. Your responses to the questions will remain confidential. Only CAPE’s Research Team will access individual responses, and results will be reported in aggregate form only.
