this survey is intended for anyone who lives, works, owns a second/vacation home, short-term rental, or any property anywhere in Grand County, even if you only live/work in the county part of the year or visit occasionally. The Fraser River Valley Housing Partnership (FRVHP), along with Grand County and towns of Fraser, Grand Lake, Granby, Hot Sulphur Springs, Kremmling, and Winter Park, are working on a study to determine the greatest housing needs and better understand challenges faced by residents in finding and keeping stable housing.
The survey asks about your housing situation, your housing preferences, and your opinions on addressing housing needs. Your response will inform important decisions about housing programs throughout Grand County.
Please take this survey if you live, are retired, work in, and/or work remotely in Grand County, or own a second/vacation home or short-term rental anywhere in Grand County. This includes if you commute into Grand County for your job, or reside in the county seasonally, for work or to vacation.
This survey is not associated with any political party or election. Your responses are completely confidential. The survey will take about 15 minutes.
- If you complete the survey by Friday, September 25th, 2026, you may choose to enter a drawing for a $100 Visa gift card.
