We’ve talked about the “new normal” for more than a year. But what will work look like in the years ahead and how will it drive business outcomes? How can work be a better experience – and get better results -- for employees, leaders, the organization and, by extension, customers?

There are so many questions and so few definitive answers. Critical HCM questions include:

This survey will focus on understanding how organizations plan to evolve to meet short-term and longer-term business objectives. We will use the results of this study to create reports, models and tools to help organizations improve their approach to improving the experience of work.
