We want to explore the frequency of monthly fire extinguisher Inspection failures. This survey will ask you questions related to:
- The current number of operational monthly fire extinguishers
- The total number of fire extinguishers inspected over a 12-month period
- The total number of monthly fire extinguisher inspection failures over the same 12-month period
- The total number of staffing hours (for monthly fire extinguisher inspections) over the same 12-month period
- The average hourly rate of staff completing the monthly inspections (if applicable)
- If contracted, the annual cost for monthly inspections
