Welcome to the brief survey on Monthly Fire Extinguisher Inspections!

We want to explore the frequency of monthly fire extinguisher Inspection failures. This survey will ask you questions related to:
  • The current number of operational monthly fire extinguishers
  • The total number of fire extinguishers inspected over a 12-month period 
  • The total number of monthly fire extinguisher inspection failures over the same 12-month period
  • The total number of staffing hours (for monthly fire extinguisher inspections) over the same 12-month period
  • The average hourly rate of staff completing the monthly inspections (if applicable)
  • If contracted, the annual cost for monthly inspections
