Communications is important, but so are lots of other things. It’s a priority but not a top priority.

Communications is required. We make sure we follow disclosure requirements, but that’s it.

We use mostly print (brochures, newsletters, postcards, etc.) and supplement it with electronic media (web, emails, texts, videos, etc.).

We take maximum credit and our members understand the value their benefits deliver.

We could do better being recognized for the valuable benefits we provide.

We barely promote the value we provide.

No news is good news, if we don’t get complaints we’re doing okay.
