The Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) Mind Matters Initiative ran a 'Let's talk adjustments' campaign (Feb-Aug 2025) to start important conversations about disability and reasonable adjustments in veterinary workplaces. We are evaluating the impact of the campaign. The form should take approximately five minutes to complete, and we are grateful for your time.
The deadline to complete the form is 11.59pm on Sunday 5 July 2026.
We are contacting a sample of randomly selected vets and vet nurses from our Registers and inviting them to take part. We are also offering the same opportunity to others who are not registered veterinary professionals but have an interest. The data is being collected anonymously, unless you choose to give us your name and email address at the end of the survey.
