Organizations need more women to play integral roles. The business benefits of women in positions of influence and leadership are well-documented.

But the goal must go beyond simply increasing the percentage of women leaders. There can’t be just one strategy for developing women. Different segments – racial and ethnic minorities, generations, people with disabilities, LGBTQ+ – in different industries and geographies have different challenges, experiences and strengths that must be understood and addressed.

Brandon Hall Group’s annual research study will examine how high-performing organizations are adjusting their development strategies for women across demographic groups and geographies. We will reveal leading practices for helping women of all backgrounds advance their careers. We also will learn whether the disruption of the pandemic has impacted women and how organizations plan to respond as they transition to an evolving “new normal.”

We will use the results of this study to create reports, models and tools to help organizations improve their approach to developing women. In appreciation for taking 10-12 minutes to share your opinions, we will:
  • Enter you into a drawing for a $150 Amazon gift card and a $100 Amazon gift card.
  • Share summary results of the research (About 5-7 weeks after survey launch).
  • Provide immediate download access to the Brandon Hall Group strategy brief, Look at Workplace Experience Through Employees’ Eyes.
Your responses remain confidential and your name is not given to external parties nor associated with responses. Survey findings are only reported in aggregate. If you agree, you may be contacted by an analyst to request a confidential, qualitative research interview. Gift card drawings will be held approximately one week after survey launch. Winners will be notified by email.

Sincerely,
